Hi I try to install the new Silverlight tools after deleting the beta 2 but i receive always the error: Hash table is not correct.
The operatiing system is Windows XP.
Can somebody help?

Where are you getting this error?  Is it in the install logs?  Have you tried re-downloading the new Tools package?

I re-downloaded the installation package but still the same.  It happens in the installation wizard..  The installation progress bar stays empty and the error appears.

this is the error in the logfile:

Hi Rikdes,

Since we cannot connect to your machine and investigate your issue in your shoes, the easier way is to use Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove all Silverlight related components and reinstall them.  Please take a look at my reply on this thread.

It's possible that the download isn't happening correctly, so the chainer isn't finding the file.  Have you tried doing an offline install (see this blog post for instructions)?  If that doesn't work, can you send me the HTML log file so we can look through all of the output?  My email address is jamlew (AT) microsoft (DOT) com

i uninstalled visual studio, expression blend.  And did exactly what you said, also the order of installation.  But still the same.
This is really frustrating.

This is the same error or not i am not sure  but when i was trying to install And i was not having internet connectivity i was also getting some error before installation started.

So if Possible make sure Internet connectivity is there because after downloading offline versions also  in 1 offline version it needs connection for downloading few files.
