Starting a SIlverlight Project in VS 2008 beta 2

Hi,

I hope this is the right forum to ask this. I recently installed the VS 2008 beta 2 and want to make a silverlight project. I can make a silverlight project with C# by going "file", "new project" and clicking the "silverlight project" in the C# section. There's a silverlight project in the Visual Basic section too, but when I click it, I get the following error message:

Erroe HRESULT E_FAIL has been been returned from a call to the COM component.

Right now, I'm more comfortable in VB; any ideas on how to fix this?

 TIA,

Andrew

Have you uninstalled your silverlight and install the silverlight refresh? that's needed. and reinstall silverlight runtime is needed too.

Well I have this same issue and uninstalling and reinstalling the SilverLight 1.1 refresh and the tools refresh doesn't fix the issue for me. Any other suggestions?

Its often a sign that you don't have the 1.1 version of silverlight installed.
