I've seen posts marked with a "not-answered" icon to the right of the post title, in the forum.  How do I do that, please?  All I can see when I read a thread is "mark as answered", which doesn't seem to be what we want.

 

If a post has been marked as "answered" you can then mark that post as "not answered", but you can't take a post that is not answered and say "not answered".

EDIT: I've marked my post as "answered" -- you can now mark this post as "not answered".

It doesnt work.  You cant mark something as not answer, it doesnt take effect.  It just keeps coming back with the same message "Mark as Not Answer"

This site is so overwhelmed with bugs, and I thought the new forums.asp.net was bad!

You guys (site administrators) definitely should be ashamed of yourselves for putting this crap on the Internet.

i marked is as unanswered and both the thread status and post status were successfully changed.

i then re-marked it as answered so the O.P. can also try it.
