:) this is pretty strange question. This forum is NOT social networking or facebook or etc so we don't need to chat with online members.  the most of developers might not want to chat.. but you can send a private message or email from member's profile. If you are actively participating here, you will know with other members too.  For me, I got new friends (e.g. Yasser, Ben, Cass, egoZd, Chris, Brad, Justin and etc ) from this forum.. :)

Yes. I do understand about that. but the most of active members here are just helping other people's problem with free of charges. The most of us have full-time job.. so, you know? ... I hope you understand about that too..

 Possibly the best option for you is having a Microsoft Live ID account.
When you are stuck and need live help you could post a message with your Microsoft Messenger Live ID.
