Has anyone heard/seen a list of new controls that will be added to SL2 Beta 2?

I don't think there is a public list, but I wouldn't expect much.  Beta 1 was expected to be fairly feature complete (though not bug fix complete) and i'd rather they spend their time making RTM solid than add more controls, but that's my bias...its not shared by everyone.

i think in SL2 beta did not contain full controls  .  WPF contain full  controls.

WPF control set and Silverlight Control set are completely different (different source, everything) so just because WPF has the control doesn't mean that it will make it into Silverlight.

But in SL And WPF the control .XAML are same .Then why we can use in both side.

I agree on the bug fix issue, but I hope there are more controls ( Mainly looking for combobox ).  I came across an article that said SL2 Beta 2 could possibly have 40 to 100 controls.  That's a big range.  40 still better than current 25, though.

Also ( Different topic ) I wanted to attend your May 12 SL2 course, but not going to make it.  Is there other ways to get material you cover ( Lab manual, PowerPoint online, etc )?  I would like to find a tutorial on deploying SL2 app to server.

Mmm... the controls provided by Silverlight 2 BETA 1 are still very basic:

Button, Calendar, CheckBox,DataGrid, DatePicker, GridSplitter, Hyperlink Button, ListBox, RadioButton, ScrollViewer, Slider, ToggleButton, ToolTip, Watermarked TextBox.

Silverlight 2 needs more controls: ComboBox, Expander, TabControl, TreeView and 'modal/non-modal' dialog window functionality.

I hope to see more native controls in Silverlight 2 FINAL Release!..... or I'll have to wait for SL3??????
