In silverlight mediament:

I can connect to WMS with mms://SERVERNAME:PORT/publishsite

eg:mms://d5:1044/publish1

But I can't connect to WMS with IP address

eg:mms://202.127.241.224:1044/publish1

It can do with MediaPlayer.

Why?

If this is a live stream there is a bug that causes this not to work. Hopefully it will get resolved in the next beta release.
