I think not. But Visual Studio 2008 does.

Expression Blend is a  tool primary for the designer. I don't think it will ever have XAML intellisense. Of course, you can edit XAML there, but if you need intellisense in XAML, Visual Studio is the tool to use.

whoops!  thank you for your  answers.

i can not drag and drop the silverlight control in VS08,but later i find the EB does.

however i am happy only for a while, i find there is no intellisense in xaml in EB while the 08 does.

That's really funny for the MS product. Should it be the commerical strategy that makes the customer to pay twice or more?
