Can Silverlight 1 be run on mobile computer based Intel A110 CPU?

And is Silverlight support Intel Atom platform? 

I haven't seen any machines built on that platform yet. Are they out?

At least right now, for it to work, the processor would need to support MMX and SSE2. It would also need to run a supported operating system.

From the datasheet, it looks like the A110 supports both. That's no guarantee, but that makes it more likely that it will work on that platform. The spec sheet does have a * next to MMX though, so not sure if it is only partial support or something.

Atom has SSE3 (not sure if that is backwards compatible with SSE2) not sure about MMX support.

Computers built on A110 have already been out, for example

Samsung Q1 Ultra,

Asus R2E, ...

but machines built on Atom platform are only going to.

We plan that our clients will use machines such Samsung Q1 Ultra, so we must decide - use Silverlight or not in our application...

Hello, I suggest you to try out installing Silverlight on one of those machines and do some testing. Then you should be able to know whether it works or not.
