The Silverlight Streaming page on the DevLive portal (http://dev.live.com/silverlight) has been overhauled and now contains an RSS feed to the newly minted Silverlight Streaming blog. The Silverlight Streaming SDK has been migrated to the Windows Live node in MSDN. The tree navigation to reach it is the following:
