I will definately be building on this; the next tutorial (just finishing it up) is on data binding and i'll have at least a couple more vids to go with it. Also I have a webcast coming up (see http://tinyurl.com/66gdjw for more information and to register).
Thanks!

Hi Jesse,
Thanks for the great videos.
I'm walking along the data binding video and when you go to manually a listbox items by first going to search box and typing "List" and then some search results appear below, such as "Common Properties." Well my version (Silverlight Beta 2) doesn't show any results on mine. any ideas?
thanks,
rodchar

This video like others spin my head around. To much jumping around in this video.
Making static data at first, talk about a musician, move back to the application, delete the static data lol, then go into databinding..
For once I would like to see a video that covers all the bases not leaving out critical information.

Although I grew up in Athens, GA and ate at Alice's restraunt as a kid...that was an awkward reference to tie into this video. I would have gotten more out of it with an actual web service call that pulled data from the traditional Pubs database in SQL Server than the complex, static class creation. In this video I was looking for real world data retrieval...
